Director Technology Governance Consultant

This is a great opportunity for a strong Technology Governance professional to work with various business and technical teams within a highly collaborative established organization in the Indianapolis area. This role will focus on helping to identify current IT governance, risk, and SDLC processes among others and to help document them and build a repository to help the organization define the best processes and workflows to use going forward. For anyone with a strong knowledge of enterprise organizations risk and compliance standards and can help them to improve in that space, this is a great opportunity.

Required Skills:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., CISA, CISM, ITIL) preferred
8+ years' experience in IT governance, risk management, and control functions required
Must have high-level knowledge of IT risks across applications, infrastructure, and data
Must have vast knowledge of technology controls in various IT environments
Experience with demand management frameworks and processes is ideal
Must have experience with IT service management principles
Must have experience implementing review and approval processes within a Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC)
Must have the ability to effectively communicate and obtain buy-in at all levels of the organization
Must have attention to detail and quality while balancing practicality and value-creation.
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A strong understanding of Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Cybersecurity concerns is ideal
