We are inviting applications for the role of Estimate Reviewer

This position manages an inventory of managed repair program claim assignments. Communicates with contractors regarding status, performs estimate reviews, and supports client adjusters and insureds on insurance restoration, water mitigation, and structural work assignments.


Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of active claims.

Monitor assignments aging, statuses, and work product.

Daily follow up regarding open items and communications.

Perform Quality Estimate reviews of Contractor estimates per client estimating guidelines.

Record journal or diary notes relating to claim results.

Use tracking systems to manage activity.

Assist with periodic special projects.

Interact with Claim Manager regarding activity, questions, training, and all position needs.


Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum qualifications

Outstanding customer service skills coupled with excellent oral and written communication skills.

Relationship development skills in the area of customer service.

Knowledge of property insurance claim adjusting, insurance restoration estimating, and construction best practices.

Ability to write insurance restoration estimates in Xactimate and/or Symbility.

Ability to work with multiple parties to achieve positive results.

Computer literacy with a proficiency in MS Office applications.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Vendor management, customer service, or sales experience.


Preferred Qualifications

Associates or Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university.

Active P & C Adjuster’s license

Experience field property adjusting and/or insurance restoration experience.

Xactimate and Symbility estimating experience.

IICRC WRT, ASD, or other certifications.

Other construction designations.

Project management experience
