We are seeking a detail-oriented Servicing Agent Change Processor to join our team. The successful candidate will ensure that these changes are accurately and efficiently processed, maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process client requests for changes in the servicing agent on life insurance and annuity policies.
- Verify and validate the authenticity and completeness of client-submitted documentation.
- Update internal systems to reflect changes in servicing agents accurately.
- Communicate with clients to confirm the completion of their requests and provide updates as necessary.
- Ensure all processes adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Collaborate with internal departments to address any issues related to agent changes.
- Maintain accurate records of all servicing agent changes and related communications.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in finance or business is an asset.
- Previous experience in life insurance, annuities, or a related financial services area is preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in handling client information.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
