  • Process client requests for changes in the servicing agent on life insurance and annuity policies.
  • Verify and validate the authenticity and completeness of client-submitted documentation.
  • Update internal systems to reflect changes in servicing agents accurately.
  • Communicate with clients to confirm the completion of their requests and provide updates as necessary.
  • Ensure all processes adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to address any issues related to agent changes.
  • Maintain accurate records of all servicing agent changes and related communications.


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in finance or business is an asset.
  • Previous experience in life insurance, annuities, or a related financial services area is preferred.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in handling client information.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
