Job Description:


Duckfund is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Partner to join our innovative Real Estate Earnest Money Deposit Financing Platform. In this role, you'll leverage your expertise in the Real Estate US market to bring in clients needing earnest money deposit financing. Our clients include RE and CRE investors, brokers, developers, and other industry professionals.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Lead Generation & Networking:

   - Actively identify and engage new clients through networking with RE & CRE investors, brokers, developers, and other professionals.

   - Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and industry partners.

- We seek a partner interested in selling new products to the right clients. We are open to new sales channels 


2. Sales Process Management:

   - Manage the end-to-end sales process, ensuring efficient deal closing.

   - Handle inbound and outbound traffic in the CRE market through cold/warm calls, follow-ups, and relationship building, clients onboarding 



3. Client Relations:

   - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service throughout the acquisition process.


4. Team Collaboration:

   - Work closely with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.


5. Industry Insights:

   - Provide market insights and leverage your RE network for new clients and opportunities.


Qualifications:


- Proven experience in real estate sales, specifically in the US market.

- Extensive network and strong understanding of the RE & CRE sectors.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Previous experience in roles like an insurance real estate manager, mortgage sales, or real estate agent is advantageous.
