Responsibilities

  • Supervise preventive maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues across various systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and IT infrastructure
  • Schedule and oversee external contractors, maintaining records and schedules for reporting
  • Update Standard Operating Procedures and assist in evaluating new equipment or technology
  • Monitor energy usage, safety measures, and regulatory compliance
  • Manage facility expenses, evaluate contractor performance, and stay informed about local and state code requirements

Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in maintaining industrial, commercial, or R&D settings
  • Proficiency with technology
  • Familiarity with IT infrastructure
  • Ability to lift weight and climb ladders
  • Knowledge of major trades (electrical, mechanical, plumbing, construction, carpentry)
