Infosys Consulting is seeking talented and highly motivated Management Consulting professionals with Healthcare Business Consulting experience in health plans, health systems or health tech to join its growing Healthcare practice at the Senior Principal level.

As a Senior Principal, you will manage consulting teams in the delivery of strategic programs in the Healthcare industry, helping with business and technology enablement for our health plan and health system clients. Infosys Consulting focuses on technology-enabled business transformation, optimization and growth programs across Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial and ACA lines of business.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead strategic business transformation programs, manage program planning, execution and reporting; responsible for program resources, deliverables, PMO-status and issues reporting, quality, stakeholder communication, client buy-in, program risks, mitigations and budgets leading to successful program delivery and client delight.
  • Brings Provider Data Management skills and experiences, in healthcare payers, to bear for core administrative platform implementation of provider demographics and credentialing module and related processes.
  • Possess process and functional knowledge of end-to-end Claims flow for a Healthcare Payer.
  • Engage with key stakeholders; manage day-to-day interactions with client teams.
  • Conduct interviews/workshops/walkthroughs with subject matter experts and process owners to gather information for analysis, recommendations and for preparation of project deliverables.
  • Develop solutions that enable adoption of digital capabilities for healthcare organizations.
  • Participate in analyst meetings, industry speaking engagements, publish white papers/viewpoints in leading industry journals.
  • Participate in practice development activities; coach junior consultants; participate in consultant training processes.
  • Ability to travel 4 days a week to multiple client locations.



BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Demonstrates proven success in consulting and project-based roles and thorough abilities in one or more of the following areas:

  • Strong understanding of the health payer market by way of working with managed Medicaid and Medicare lines of business across the respective value chains and processes
  • Specialized knowledge and work experience in the following:
  • Implementing and/or operating Provider Data Management functions in a healthcare payer; provider demographics and credentialing processes and systems knowledge.
  • Provider Contracts and Fee Schedules implementation and maintenance.
  • Process and functional knowledge of end-to-end Claims flow for a Healthcare Payer.
  • Core Administrative platform implementation experience with QNXT and/or Facets.
  • Large program transformation experience, in a program director/manager role, driving workstream(s), managing a project team within scope, schedule and budget parameters; driving PMO processes/discipline, status, issues, risks management.
  • Strong client communication experience to VP/Director levels.
  • Experience with technical solution implementations.
  • 11+ years of professional experience in Healthcare industry working for a consulting services organization and/or combined with industry experience in a change agent leadership role.
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Healthcare, administration/management, or related field.



PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience leading strategic and tactical discussions with Sr. Director and Director level.

Experience translating business objectives to system requirements.

Industry experience working directly at a managed care, fee for service, and/or government health plan organizations is a plus.

Master’s degree in healthcare-related field or MBA is preferred.

Certifications in Lean/Six Sigma, PMP, and/or Agile preferred.
