About the Role:


As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in driving our vision of creating efficient and autonomous supply chains powered by AI. Leveraging your expertise in Golang, Microservices, and Postgres, you will tackle complex technical challenges and contribute to the development of innovative solutions that revolutionize the industry.


Responsibilities:


Develop high-quality, scalable backend systems using Golang, Microservices, and Postgres. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement robust and efficient solutions for autonomous supply chain management.Leverage AI techniques to optimize supply chain operations and drive business value.Optimize performance and scalability of backend services to support our rapidly growing platform.Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in production environments.Mentor junior team members and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement.


Exciting Technical Challenges:


  • Scalability and Performance Optimization:Architect and implement solutions to handle massive volumes of data and transactions while maintaining high performance and reliability.Real-time Data Processing: Develop real-time data processing pipelines powered by AI to enable real-time insights and decision-making in supply chain operations.
  • Autonomous Systems Development: Design and implement autonomous systems that leverage AI to automate supply chain processes and reduce human intervention.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Excellent experience in backend software development.
  • Expertise in Golang, with a deep understanding of its internals and best practices.
  • Strong knowledge of Microservices architecture and experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Experience with AI techniques such as machine learning and natural language processing is a Plus.
  • Proficiency in working with relational databases, particularly Postgres.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
