Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Home Health Licensed Practical Nurse located in Gainesville, VA. The Home Health Licensed Practical Nurse will be responsible for providing nursing care to patients in their homes, monitoring patient health status, administering medication, and coordinating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the well-being and recovery of patients.


Qualifications

  • Valid license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
  • Prior experience in home health or a similar setting
  • Excellent knowledge of nursing care procedures and protocols
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
