Senior Manager, Credit Strategy and Analytics

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and managing consumer loan credit policies and underwriting criteria for new account acquisitions
  • Defining consumer loan credit strategy risk tolerance limits
  • Developing targeted credit strategies to support business growth
  • Monitoring credit quality, risk performance and economics of consumer loan portfolio on an ongoing basis to mitigate consumer loan losses
  • Partnering with the product team to define risk segmentation, loss expectations / risk premium


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Engineering, Quantitative Discipline or Equivalent, Finance is required. MBA or master’s degree is a plus
  • 10+ years of experience in credit risk policy & analysis, credit risk management or modeling in financial services
  • Experience with Direct Auto and/or Personal Loan lending
  • Exposure to credit underwriting, analytics and strategy
  • Direct Management Experience
  • Strong skills in various data analysis and visualization tools including SQL, Tableau, Excel, and PowerPoint are required.
  • Proficiency with Python
