Schedule: M-F 8a-5p


Pay: $31-$33/hr DOE


Type of Job: Temp to Hire


Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for overseeing projects, product development, and performance testing for a variety of applications in the Personal Care and Home, Industrial, and Cleaning markets
  • Formulate products from concept to completion, including independent formulations.
  • Develop solutions to enhance customer formulations through problem-solving.
  • Understand the function of each ingredient and create innovative combinations in formulations.
  • Identify, develop, and utilize methods to evaluate technical performance.
  • Stay updated on new raw materials and innovative products.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelors of Science degree in Chemistry or other related science
  • Minimum of 3 years working within R&D formulations of personal care / cosmetic / or cleaning products (HIC)
  • Experience with formulation development, reverse engineering, formulation evaluation and problem-solving
