Key Responsibilities:


  • Strategic Liaison: Act as the pivotal connection between the company’s plant operations and its suppliers, ensuring smooth and effective communication.

  • Process Standardization: Contribute to the standardization of Supplier Quality processes within the company.
  • Continuous Improvement: Engage in continuous improvement activities to enhance overall quality assurance operations.


What You Need to Have:


  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and/or Electronics.
  • Industry Experience: Proven experience in quality assurance and product manufacturing, ideally within the automotive sector.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: At least 3-5 years of experience addressing progressively complex quality issues.
  • Methodology Expertise: Strong proficiency in Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing principles.
  • Standards Knowledge: Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949 standards.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and project management abilities.


Bonus Points If You Have:


  • Advanced Knowledge: Expertise in APQP, DOE, SPC, GD&T, and Corrective Action Processes.
  • Process Expertise: Experience with injection molding, metal stamping, casting, machining, or complex assembly.
  • Certifications: Six Sigma or Lean Certified; ASQ, CMQ/OE, CQE, CQA, or CQP Certified.
