This is a contract through the end of December 2024. You will work 25-35 hours/week with a hybrid schedule in Parsippany.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Manager to lead the development and implementation of our font management protocols and font request intake process. This role is crucial in ensuring that our global teams use licensed fonts and stay compliant with all font licensing agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive font management system and clear guidelines to purchase and manage font usage; should include how we can provide regular reporting on font usage, compliance status, and potential risks.
- Set up an efficient font request intake process for team members to request new fonts or access existing ones.
- Identify touchpoints in the asset development process whereby we can ensure fonts used are properly licensed.
- Establish an audit system of font usage to maintain compliance.
- Create a training deck to educate teams on font management protocols, usage rights, and compliance requirements.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager with process development and improvement skills a must.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with an eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with image and/or font licensing compliance is a plus.
