Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates for commercial construction projects.
  • Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documents to determine project requirements.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to gather information and develop accurate estimates.
  • Prepare and submit bids, proposals, and tender documents in a timely manner.
  • Evaluate subcontractor bids and negotiate pricing to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Maintain accurate records of estimates, costs, and project-related documents.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as an Estimator in commercial construction.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
  • Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
