This senior-level role is responsible for unifying our brand voice, driving cross-channel integration, and delivering best-in-class content that fuels both brand affinity and demand generation. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, a creative powerhouse, and a collaborative leader who thrives at the intersection of storytelling, innovation, and performance.Responsibilities- Lead and evolve the global content strategy across all marketing functions, ensuring alignment with brand, thought leadership, and demand generation goals- Oversee content planning and execution across channels and formats-campaigns, web, social, executive communications, and more, ensuring consistency, quality, and impact- Champion innovation in content development, leveraging AI workflows and emerging technologies to accelerate production while maintaining creative excellence- Integrate thought leadership into the content ecosystem, connecting insights and narratives across geographies, personas, and the buyer journey- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, sales, and executive teams to ensure content is aligned, influential, and measurable.Qualifications- 10-15 years of senior content leadership experience, with a proven track record of building and scaling integrated content strategies across global markets- Deep expertise in multi-channel content orchestration, from brand storytelling to performance-driven campaigns- Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate cross-functionally, including with senior executives and stakeholders across departments- Strong creative instincts with a passion for innovation, storytelling, and audience engagement- Experience implementing and optimizing AI-powered content workflows to enhance speed, scale, and quality.The targeted pay range for this position in the following location is/locations are:Canada - Toronto Office TRO: 182,000 - 272,000 CAD / AnnualUnited States - Denver Office DEO: 200,000 - 300,000 USD / AnnualUnited States - New York Office NYO: 220,000 - 330,000 USD / AnnualOur pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location.The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits.
