Theyre seeking someone who operates at the highest level-someone who has repeatedly grown teams, elevated performance, and driven significant revenue in the residential roofing space.The RoleYoull lead the residential roofing sales team across the LABurbank market, owning strategy, performance, process, and accountability. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on scaling people, systems, and revenue. The ideal candidate has coached and grown teams responsible for $20M$30M+ annually, while consistently increasing close ratios and average ticket sizes.ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and develop a high-performing residential roofing sales teamIncrease team performance across close rates, average ticket size, and revenueImplement scalable sales processes, KPIs, and systems to support rapid growthPartner closely with ownership on forecasting and long-term strategyWork with marketing and operations to ensure alignment and project excellenceRecruit, onboard, and develop new sales reps to expand market coverageWhat Were Looking ForProven experience leading sales teams in residential roofing or exterior constructionDemonstrated success scaling revenue and team performance ($20M+ preferred)Strong coaching and leadership skillsProcess-driven, metrics-focused, and growth-mindedHigh integrity, clear communication, and a collaborative approachCompensation & BenefitsBase salary: $110K$130K (DOE)Performance bonuses + commissionCompany vehicle or vehicle allowanceFull benefits packageLong-term career growth with a highly reputable California contractorTiello is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
