Interested in Propeller, but don‘t see a role that aligns with your skills? Submit your resume here. This will allow us to stay connected with you and consider you for future open roles as we continue to grow. We look forward to learning more about you

The Talent Community is not tied to a specific job posting, but rather a space where individuals like yourself can share your information. This allows us to reach out when future opportunities align with your skills and experience. Please note, it may take some time before we connect, depending on our hiring needs.

Generally, we are seeking consultants who bring the following qualities:

  • Deep Expertise: Significant experience in areas such as technology implementation, experience design, organizational effectiveness, and data analysis.

  • Adaptability: A proven ability to excel in fast-paced, evolving environments while delivering innovative, customized solutions.

  • Collaborative Mindset: Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, ensuring seamless collaboration with clients and colleagues alike.

  • Client-Centered Focus: A dedication to achieving exceptional results while fostering long-lasting, positive client relationships.

About Propeller:

Propeller is a people-focused management consulting firm that helps individuals, teams, and organizations thrive in change. Organizations hire us to solve problems, inspire transformation, and drive change. We work with clients to align teams and priorities, clear hurdles, and deliver customized solutions. And in doing so, Propeller helps spark, regain, and accelerate the most impactful and energizing force we know: momentum.

Our clients are generally large and mid-size organizations in the retail, technology, healthcare, and utility industries. These organizations are where we drive the most impact, but we serve all different types of clients. We have offices in Portland, San Francisco, Silicon Valley, and Denver - and are growing into Dallas and Minneapolis.

Propeller may be for you if you have an unyielding passion for unraveling complex challenges, delivering creative, impact-driven solutions, and creating lasting progress. You are curious, you thrive in the unknown, and you have the grit to continue moving projects forward while guiding leaders and teams through ambiguous challenges.

Propeller is a local-for-local consulting firm. We believe that being physically present with each other and our clients strengthens our relationships, promotes creativity and innovation, and ultimately produces a stronger, more durable result for our clients and ourselves. Our team members work in a hybrid model, spending at least 2 days per week working from their local Propeller office or the client site. Applicants should currently live in or are planning to relocate to one of the metro areas where we operate, which are:

  • Portland, OR
  • Bay Area, CA
  • Denver, CO
