EVS Tech 1We help our patients and visitors live well by providing a clean and safe hospital. As an EVS Tech 1, you would perform general cleaning tasks across the hospital:Interact with patients and visitorsClean occupied patient roomsPrepare discharged patient rooms for the next patientClean operating roomsOperate floor cleaning equipmentSpill responseTransport waste and morePay Details:Pay Rate: Starting at $17/hour+ $2.00 Weekend shift differential+ $1.60 2nd shift differential+ $5.50 3rd shift differentialHoliday Pay Time and a HalfBenefits Eligible: Yes (Health, Vision, & Dental Insurance, Retirement Plan, Education Assistance, +more)Shift Details:1st Shift - 7:00am - 3:30pm + rotating weekends2nd Shift 4:00pm 12:30pm + rotating weekendsPerks of Working in Environmental Services:Play a critical role in keeping the hospital clean and disinfectedWork independently but also work as part of a larger care teamFlexible scheduling and overtime possibilities8-hour shiftsCareer growth opportunitiesOptions to work in many different areas such as the Emergency Department, Surgery, Patient Rooms, Labor & Delivery, Clinic, Radiology, etc.Scheduled Weekly Hours:40 hours per weekFlexible per diem shifts are also availablePosition Requirements:High School diploma or equivalent preferred.A minimum of one year of experience in housekeeping is preferred.Be able to follow verbal and written instructions.Basic computer skills required: email, eLearning, Ipad, Vocera, and pagers.Able to work independently and as a member of a multidisciplinary team, handling fluctuating workloads.Compensation:Minimum Pay: $17Maximum Pay: $26.35Area of Interest: Service/TradeWork Status: Monday - Friday 10:30p - 7am rotating holidaysEmployment Type: Full-time 40 hours/weekDartmouth Health is an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer.
