Adelphi is seeking fulltime Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide inperson services to public school students in Little Rock in Arkansas. The ideal candidates should Provide direct support to students with behavioral challenges utilizing applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques and strategies.

Requirements:
Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
Arkansas licensure requirements.
Experience working with students with diverse needs and behavior challenges.
Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to collect and analyze data accurately.
Patience empathy and a proactive approach to behavior management.
Ability to walk or run at a quick pace.
Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.

Responsibilities:
Implement behavior intervention plans designed by the BCBA.
Conduct oneonone and group sessions with students as prescribed by their individual behavior plans.
Collect and record data on student behaviors and progress.
Assist in the development of behavior management strategies and reinforcement plans.
Provide consistent and structured support to students to ensure adherence to behavior intervention plans.
Communicate effectively with teachers parents and other professionals regarding student progress and behavior.
Follow ethical guidelines and maintain confidentiality.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
Ensure all documentation is uptodate and accurate.
Modify behavior intervention strategies as needed based on data and student progress.
Work collaboratively with classroom teachers and other school staff.
Support and implement strategies for crisis intervention when necessary.
