Sample Coordinator

Resolian is a Contract Research Organization (CRO) specializing in Drug Metabolism/ Pharmacokinetic (DMPK) and bioanalytical services for both small and large molecules.
Resolian is experiencing tremendous growth and is looking for a Sample Coordinator to receive, assess and oversee sample inventory. This is a fast-paced role where adaptability, attention to detail and timeliness are top priorities.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and accession samples in LIMS system
- Pull and organize samples for analysis
- Maintain traceability and security of samples within LIMS and freezers
- Learn freezer and other equipment maintenance procedures
- Learn sample discrepancy resolution and client communication processes
- Record tasks in accordance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
- Learn and apply regulatory requirements; HIPAA, GLP, GCP, 21CFR Part 11
- Follow applicable SOPs and procedural documents
- Ensure lab area is clean and inspection ready at all times
- Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications & Education:
- HS Diploma or higher; all experiences will be evaluated
- Able to work in a regulated environment
- Able to work effectively and contribute within a team
- Able to work with computer systems
- Able to document clearly
