We are looking for a full time Pulmonary Critical Care Physician to join a growing network in the New York, metropolitan area.

Responsibilities:

  • 70% Outpatient / 30% Inpatient split
  • Outpatient duties include chest clinic, tele visits, procedure efficacy and evaluations as well as PFT interpretation.
  • Inpatient duties include ICU, progressive care unit, pulmonary consults and procedures.
  • Conduct thorough medical histories and physical examinations related to respiratory symptoms
  • Evaluate patients with breathi ng difficulties, chronic cough, chest pain, and other respiratory issues
Requirements:
  • MD or DO degree
  • Board certified/Board eligible in Pulmonary Medicine and Critical Care Medicine
  • Valid New York State License
  • DEA and Medicaid number
  • Familiarity with thoracentesis, pigtail catheters, indwelling pleural catheters, bronchoscopies, EBUS, and intubations preferred
