Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of the company's financial operations, including accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and tax complianceAnalyze financial statements and provide regular reporting to the executive team on financial performance, trends, and forecasts
  • Develop and maintain financial models and projections to support strategic planning
  • Oversee risk analysis and management, including insurance, legal, and regulatory compliance
  • Drive revenue growth initiatives by providing financial analysis and guidance on pricing, product development, and expansion opportunities
  • Manage M&A activities, including due diligence, deal negotiations, and post-merger integration
  • Lead the annual audit process and ensure compliance with GAAP and other accounting standards
  • Provide financial leadership to the organization and ensure alignment of financial goals and strategies with the overall business objectives


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 3 years in a CFO or senior financial leadership role
  • 2+ years of audit experience
  • Exposure to consumer goods or food manufacturing
  • Strong knowledge of M&A, risk analysis, revenue growth, deal negotiations, and auditExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to manage and develop a team of finance professionals
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and provide financial insights to support business decisions
