Role Description

The Senior Delivery Manager is responsible for driving recruitment delivery excellence through the management and oversight of the recruitment process within their division, front to back. This includes partnering with Account Managers to provide excellent client service and satisfaction, managing the requirement flow from sales to the Delivery Centre within their division, and providing guidance and strategic oversight to the Delivery Centre to achieve a 50+% fill rate.

The Senior Delivery Manager will also step in to execute high level, high value or account critical searches. This role will be influential in the coaching, mentoring, and guidance of all team members who are part of the recruitment process.

Principle Accountabilities:

  • Personally deliver against high value, high level or account breaker requirements as designated by the division VP or RD.
  • Partners with Sales and Account Management to provide excellent client service and satisfaction through clear qualification of vacancies and delivery of speed and quality.
  • Manages the requirement flow from Sales to the Delivery Centre.
  • Provides coaching and mentorship the both the Delivery Centre and Sales teams.
  • Monitors and influences the direct performance of each member of the delivery team through an agreed performance management scheme with daily, weekly and monthly reporting.
  • Works with other Senior Delivery Managers to establish best practices, training and development with the DC and Sales.
  • Analyseperformance to improve and streamline processes to increase return on investment,(Perform market analysis, review and identify leads in developing business).
  • Align with KPIs to determine the overall success and effectiveness of recruitment efforts.
  • Help increase client penetration to maximise GP potential.

Measures of Success:

  • Deliver 50+% fill rate across the division.
  • Help achieve division budget.

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Understanding of how the marketplace will change in the forthcoming years, and above all be able to proactively meet those changes and demands.
  • Inspire others and set clear objectives to drive yearly performance.
  • Constantly monitor and review resourcing arrangements.
  • Ability to effectively interact and communicate with senior leaders and associates at all levels.
  • Can demonstrate knowledge of job boards and use social media in recruitment.
  • Minimum of 2 – 3 years managerial experience about recruitment.
  • Minimum 6 years experience within a 360 recruitment capacity.
  • Minimum 3 years experience using Candidate Management System software or similar CRM for recruitment activities.
