If you're ready to join a dynamic team and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from youPosition Overview AutoDS is looking for customer-oriented and tech-savvy Customer Support Agents to join our Customer Experience team, reporting to the Customer Support Manager.In this role, you'll act as a key point of contact for our users, providing product and service information while resolving issues accurately and efficiently. You'll bring patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills to every interaction, advocating for users and ensuring a high standard of service. This is a deeply technical role, and you'll be expected to develop strong expertise in our platform and tools.Key ResponsibilitiesManage incoming online chats and support ticketsIdentify and assess customers' needs to ensure satisfactionBuild trust and rapport with customers through open and clear communicationProvide accurate, complete, and timely information using appropriate methods and toolsHandle complaints, provide effective solutions and alternatives within set timeframesDevelop a deep understanding of AutoDS's platform and functionalities to provide expert technical support, keeping up to date with changes and improvements madeDocument customer interactions thoroughly to maintain accurate records and assist internal teamsFollow all communication procedures, guidelines, and policiesGo the extra mile to engage and delight customersRequirementsProven customer support experience (technical preferred)Strong technical aptitude, with eagerness to learn new platforms and toolsFamiliarity with CRM systems and standard support practicesExcellent communication and presentation skills in English (spoken and written)Customer-focused, adaptable, and able to handle a range of personalities and situationsStrong multitasking abilities, with excellent time management and prioritization skillsAbility to work full-time within assigned shift patterns, with occasional flexibility if requiredAbility to work under a b2b contractFully remote rolerequires a reliable computer and a stable internet connectionNice to HaveExperience in eCommerce, dropshipping, or SaaS environmentsFamiliarity with Shopify, eBay, Amazon, and other major selling channelsPrevious experience working remotely or with international teamsIf this sounds like you, send us your CV we'd love to hear from youReady to take your career to the next level with AutoDS?
