Orthodontic Technician - Dental Laboratory Location: Philadelphia, PA We are seeking a talented Orthodontic Technician to join our growing dental laboratory team. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a passion for creating high-quality orthodontic appliances that improve patient care. Key Responsibilities Fabricate a wide range of orthodontic appliances, including retainers, expanders, lingual bars, and other custom devices. Ensure accuracy, fit, and esthetics in all appliances produced. Collaborate closely with other technicians and the clinical team to meet quality and turnaround standards. Utilize various materials and techniques to deliver consistent, reliable results. Contribute to maintaining an efficient, organized, and safe laboratory environment. Participate in ongoing improvements to workflows and lab processes. Qualifications Previous experience in fabricating orthodontic appliances (retainers, expanders, lingual bars, etc.). Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship. Ability to follow instructions and specifications with precision. Good communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented attitude. Adaptability and eagerness to learn new methods and technologies. Preferred: Experience with digital workflows and/or 3D printing. What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience.
