Hourly Rate: $27.50-$35.25

Non-Exempt (PAID OT)

  • Shift Differential of $1.75 for 2nd Shift and $2.25 for 3rd shift

What You Will Be Doing

Oversees and performs the preventive and reactive maintenance duties required for the manufacturing operations of the plant. Priorities of the Maintenance Technician include management and execution of PM schedules, repair of any equipment that is needed to maintain maximum production rates and maintenance of an adequate spare parts inventory. This position requires the flexibility to work 40+ hours per week, weekends as required and fulfill on-call duties for repairs and assistance.

  • Troubleshoot and perform repairs on machines and their controls (Extruders, corrugators, extrusion die, DC/AC Motor & Drives, downstream equipment, chillers, etc.)
  • Contact, specify, and order replacement parts & control components from supplier as needed.
  • 1st Responder to troubleshooting machine problems
  • Help develop and implement continuous improvement projects to improve production efficiencies and safety.
  • Support Daily Management directives and initiatives
  • Effectively manage CMMS performance through Work Order scheduling & planning
  • Direct and perform scheduled preventative maintenance duties

  • PLC / Automation
  • Lean / Six Sigma
