Shift Details:

Our valued caregivers enjoy a range of shifts, competitive pay, and are always treated with kindness and respect. Caregivers work in a one-on-one relationship with clients in their homes, following a daily care schedule.
  • Competitive Pay
  • Shifts: Mornings, afternoons, weekdays, weekends, or a combination of both

Caregiver Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathroom functions, bathing, grooming, dressing, and eating
  • Maintain a clean and healthy environment
  • Assist in transporting clients for errands, doctor appointments, and social activities
  • Provide companionship and basic care to clients
  • Build rapport with clients, engage in conversation, and provide companionship
  • Provide patient care under the direction of nursing staff

What We Need From You:
  • Active Virginia HHA, VA CNA license or PCA Certificate
  • 2 or more years of experience in Home Health Aid and Caregiving
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Current TB, CPR, and health screening
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Job Location: Northern Virginia

  • 4-hour shift
  • 6-hour shift
  • 8-hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Holidays
  • Weekend availability
  • Weekends only
