">Caregiver Role and Responsibilities
">We are currently seeking licensed Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. As a caregiver with Philia Home Care, you will be responsible for assisting clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathroom functions, bathing, grooming, dressing, and eating. You will also maintain a clean and healthy environment, assist with transportation, and provide companionship and basic care to clients.
">What We Need From You

- You must have an active Virginia HHA or VA CNA license or PCA Certificate.">
- You should have at least 2 years of experience in Home Health Aid and caregiving.">
- You must be 18 years or older.">
- You must have current TB, CPR, and health screening.">
