Material Handler - 2nd ShiftLocation: Everett, WAPay: $26.40/hrShift: 2nd shift 2 PM - 10:30 PMJob DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated Material Handler for our 2nd shift operations. This role involves collaborating with Production, Operations, and Engineering to ensure the smooth movement of parts, maintaining organized storage locations, verifying material packaging for transport, and assisting with loading and unloading trucks. You will also work closely with departments like Shipping and Receiving, and Purchasing to resolve distribution issues and update storage records in our ERP software.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with Production, Operations, and Engineering to move parts efficiently.Maintain clean and organized storage areas across shipping, receiving, and storage locations.Verify all materials are appropriately packaged and banded for transport.Assist in loading and unloading trucks.Work with Shipping and Receiving, Purchasing, and other departments to solve material distribution problems.Update material storage records in the company's ERP software.Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand carts.Essential SkillsAt least 2 years of related experience.Proficient communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational skills.Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs.Physical capabilities including lifting, standing, climbing, bending, grasping, sitting, pulling, pushing, stooping, stretching, and carrying.Willingness to work in an open-aired environment without temperature controls.Availability for overtime and/or weekend work to meet deadlines.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with NetSuite.Forklift operation experience and current forklift certification.Why Work Here?Enjoy comprehensive benefits with 100% premium coverage for employees and 60% for dependents.
