Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our team. In this unique role, you will have the opportunity to practice medicine in a patient-focused environment while gaining deep business and sales/marketing understanding. As part of our startup clinic, you will work closely with owners who have extensive business and marketing expertise, ready to support you as we expand our patient base.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality medical care in a cash pay clinic setting.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, develop treatment plans, and manage patient care.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Participate in business and marketing initiatives to drive clinic growth.
  • Educate patients on the benefits of our services and promote overall health and wellness.


Qualifications:

  • Licensed Nurse Practitioner with at least 1 year of experience.
  • Experience in hormonal health, with a strong preference for men's health specialization.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong business acumen and interest in sales/marketing.


Compensation and Growth:

  • Starting Salary: $130,000/year, cumulative with clinic growth.
  • Potential Earnings: Up to $200,000/year as patient size and revenue increase.
  • Growth Opportunities: Significant potential for career advancement, with a commitment to promoting 80% from within and 20% externally.
