Under the Global Immunology Alliance Franchise, within the Specialty Care business unit, this role is reporting to the Head of Finance, Global Immunology Alliance, Immunology & Strategic Alliances, and will be the Finance Lead for the Global Dermatology Franchise, which includes direct leadership of all financial matters for the Global Commercial Organization and coordination throughout the entire P&L and Value Chain (Research & Development, Industrial & Supply, Medical and Commercial). Together, we chase the miracles of science to improve people's lives.Main ResponsibilitiesFinance voice of the Global Dermatology Alliance franchise, while supporting the Head of the Immunology Alliance franchise and the Dermatology Leadership team, Countries/Regions (strategy plans, business cases, performance reviews, quarterly landing), Industrial Affairs/ Supply Chain (COGS evolution, inventory management, volumes analysis) and R&D (portfolio review, Integrated P&Ls).Responsible for the Franchise Global Controlling & Reporting Process including P&L, Headcount and Investments and Resource Allocation during the monthly closing, investor relations, rolling forecast, budget and strategic planning processes.Launch Excellence Finance Support for Dermatology throughout the launches, provide financial expertise and support on launch preparation, governance, and launch execution monitoring. Analyze financial performance by Regions & Indications to support resources allocation decisions. Work closely with the Market Access & Pricing, Forecasting and Competitive Intelligence teams to understand the external environment evolution and the corresponding financial impacts.Contribute to the financial component of the Global Strategic Planning Process for the Therapeutic Areas including key investments (External Partners, Infrastructure, Commercial Operations, R&D/IA Interface) and support interaction with the Sanofi Group Strategy team and finance leadership team.Monitor the performance versus the external consensus and support the Investor Relations team to prepare the key highlights for the quarterly earning calls. Prepare and present strategic investment projects and analysis required by Sanofi Group and the Sanofi Leadership team and be the Finance representative of the TA for Strategic projects. A minimum of two years' experience in Business Partnering to commercial teams required.Soft SkillsStrong business acumen, strategic thinking, and intellectual curiosity. Must have strategic agility with big picture orientation. Strong communication skills required (presentations, listening, written). Strong interpersonal skills, business partnering, and collaboration required. Demonstrated ability to interact with and influence senior level stakeholders as well as project operational level and externally with key partners is required. Ability to work transversally and within a highly matrixed environment is required. Global or international experience and ability to work with a diverse team is preferred.Technical SkillsAdvanced excel skills (i.e. pivot tables, V-look up etc.).
