Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Physical Therapist at FREEBORN WELLNESS, PLLC in Centralia, Washington. The Physical Therapist will be responsible for a caseload of Work Rehabilitation program clients, as well as providing acute orthopedic care (post-op and conservative treatment). You will enjoy working as an interdisciplinary OT/PT team, influencing your creativity upon setting up work simulation, and facilitating habit-based health promoting behaviors to support healing and injury prevention.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) degree from an accredited program.
- Clinical experience through internships or previous positions is required; work compensation experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in evaluating and treating a range of physical conditions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with patients and healthcare professionals.
- Familiarity with therapeutic equipment and modalities.

Attention to Detail: Crucial for accurate patient assessments and progress tracking.
