About the Role:

Aberdeen is seeking a Data Analyst to join our clients CRM Marketing team. In this role, you will analyze and leverage data to enhance strategic marketing decisions and optimize campaign performance. You’ll transform marketing and campaign data into actionable insights, guiding marketing strategies.


Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret data to provide insights that inform marketing strategies.

• Optimize campaign performance through data-driven decision-making.

• Utilize tools like Epic dashboards, PowerBI, and SlicerDicer for data visualization and analysis.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster data-driven marketing approaches.


Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Data Analytics, or a related field.

Experience: At least three years of data analytics experience, preferably in the marketing domain.

Skills:

  • Proficiency with SQL, NoSQL, and Python; familiarity with R is a plus.
  • Strong skills in data cleaning, management, and visualization.
  • Experience with Epic suite or similar healthcare marketing tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and maintain data confidentiality.
