What You'll Do:
As a CEP, you'll be at the forefront of our customer experience strategy. Your mission: to ensure every customer feels valued, supported, and delighted. You will:
  • Champion Customer Success: Own the customer journey and deliver exceptional service at every touchpoint.
  • Build Lasting Relationships: Partner with customers to understand their needs and create innovative solutions that exceed expectations.
  • Drive Innovation: Develop and implement exciting programs to improve the customer experience and elevate Foster's brand.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work alongside culinary partners and support teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
