Job Description

A client in the Pacific Northwest is looking to bring on an ITSM Project Manager to their team This is a brand-new role, and an exciting opportunity for someone looking to pave the way further in ITSM in this organization. They already have a good foundation, but are looking to expand and bring in a skill set fully dedicated in this space. As an ITSM Project Manager, your role involves managing and optimizing IT services within our organization. You'll facilitate Change Management processes, maintain accurate records of hardware and software assets, oversee Patch Management activities, and generate reports on ITSM metrics. In addition, we will want someone with CAB and change approval process experience. In this role there will be collaboration with cross-functional teams and staying informed about industry trends are also key aspects of your responsibilities. Additionally, you'll assist in policy development, support training efforts, and administer the ITSM platform. If this sounds like a role of interest, please apply today
