Cash Application Specialist

Cash Application SpecialistApplication of receivables to cash receipts log, QuickBooks, and finance trackers for all lines of business. Recognizing missed revenue opportunities by reconciling payment detail to financial tracking rates to determine discrepancies and communicate these to accounting. Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and standard business practices, as they pertain to cash application, the business service center, including internal control procedures.Skills: Cash application, lock box, invoicing, collection, accounts receivable, reconciliation, credit analysis, collections accounts receivable, deductions, vendor communication, receivables, chargeback, aging report, accounting.Top skills: Cash application, lock box, invoicing.Additional skills and qualifications:Must play well with others teamwork is the only way we stay strong.Must be punctual (this is important).Prefer if there was a local candidate to make the commute easy.Experience level: Entry level.Job type and location: This is a contract to hire position based out of McKinney, TX.Pay and benefits: The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
