A growing company with continued work through 2027.Job DescriptionOversee daily operations of construction projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and on-site teams to maintain project progress. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Communicate project updates to stakeholders and address any issues proactively. Manage and document project schedules, budgets, and reports. Ensure adherence to building codes, regulations, and company standards. Resolve conflicts or delays that may arise during the construction process.
