Punjabi Speaking Financial Account RepresentativeRTS Financial and Shamrock are looking for a Punjabi Speaking Financial Account Representative. This position is responsible for managing an assigned portfolio of clients, including receiving and processing invoices and related documentation per procedural and contractual requirements. The Punjabi Speaking Financial Account Representative will focus on maintaining assigned customers' accounts receivable portfolios. Ideal candidates will possess an outgoing, dynamic personality and the ability to work in a team environment.What You'll DoProvide exceptional customer service for financial clientsRegularly update account information to maintain customer recordsPrepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer informationMaintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustmentsProvide daily funding and handle collections for assigned customersPerform risk assessments and ensure that procedures are in place and followed to minimize riskManage product or service issues, including clarifying the issue, determining the cause, creating a solution, expediting the correction or adjustment and following up to ensure resolutionRecommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needsAnswer product and service questions; suggest information about other products and servicesOther duties as assignedWhat You'll BringBachelor's degree in business administration, finance or related field preferred; or equivalent relevant experienceEffective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skillsProblem-solving and conflict-resolution skillsDetail orientated with analytical and technical skillsProficient in Microsoft Office and data entryDemonstrated ability to meet deadlinesExperience in the financial industry a plusBilingual skills with fluency in Punjabi and English are a must (must be able to speak, read and write both languages)Apply TodayWe're so excited to connect with you If you want to work with forward-thinking people in an award-winning culture, submit your application today.
