They focus on large scale, multifamily projects $100M++ throughout the Greater Boston area. Founded in 2011 by industry executives, the Boston office has 20 employees.Job DescriptionSupervise daily site activities to ensure project timelines are met. Coordinate with subcontractors and trades to maintain smooth workflow. Monitor and enforce safety protocols on-site. Assist in managing project budgets and resources effectively. Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards are upheld. Communicate project updates to stakeholders and address any concerns. Support the Superintendent in resolving on-site challenges.
