Assistant Superintendent DeveloperWork for one of the largest developers in the nation Large scale luxury multifamily projects $100M+About Our ClientThe firm is one of the nation's largest and most reputable developers working on luxury projects $100M+ They have a secured pipeline of work and are seeking this assistant superintendent to start before Christmas.Job DescriptionSupervise daily on-site construction activities to ensure timely and efficient project completion. Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to maintain project timelines. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and building regulations at all times. Monitor the quality of work and materials to meet company standards. Assist in resolving any on-site issues that may arise during construction. Coordinate and manage subcontractors and suppliers effectively. Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
