Institutional Client Service Associate – Asset Management Firm
Our client is a global investment management firm. We are looking for someone in the Philadelphia area to join the Institutional Client Services Team. This is a full-time, permanent position that will be a hybrid of working from home as well as in-person in the Philadelphia office.

Role Overview:
As a Client Service Associate, you'll play a pivotal role in our client-centric approach. You'll collaborate closely with our Relationship Management and Sales teams, providing crucial support in various areas including client reporting, query resolution, portfolio analysis, and more. This role spans both US and international markets, offering a diverse and stimulating environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Service Support:
- Manage client accounts efficiently, including the preparation of standard and custom reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Address diverse client queries and requests, collaborating cross-departmentally to provide comprehensive solutions.
- Create and maintain presentation materials for client meetings and conferences, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
- Maintain accurate client information in our CRM system and facilitate new account setup processes.
Business Development Support:
- Assist in the preparation of RFPs, questionnaires, and custom materials for prospect meetings, showcasing our value proposition effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored presentations and materials that resonate with institutional consultants and prospects.

- Fundamental understanding of equity, fixed income securities, investing, and portfolio management, with a commitment to ongoing learning.
- Professionalism and accountability in all interactions.
- Flexibility and efficiency in a collaborative team environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in a business related field.
- Minimum two years within the asset management industry.
- Familiarity with various asset classes.
- Experience in servicing institutional clients is preferred.
