Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional patient care.
* Maintain accurate patient records.
* Handle initial scheduling and testing procedures.
* Address urgent care, primary care and occupational health patients’ needs and follow up as required.
* Communicate appropriately with employers on workers’ comp cases.
* Document Work Status reports according to Local MD workers’ comp standards.
* Follow occupational health protocols as indicated on account Work Forms.
* Perform initial patient screenings, physical examinations, and create assessment plans.
* Order, interpret, and analyze diagnostic tests, determining the need for follow-up appointments and further treatment.
* Prescribe and manage medications and treatments, including psychopharmacological agents.
* Deliver quality care while adhering to company metrics for documentation, coding, HEDIS measures, patient engagement, and medical expense management.

Qualifications:
* Minimum of one-year urgent care experience (preferred).
* Valid Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license and board certification.
* BLS certification (required).
* ACLS (preferred).
