Summary
Our growing client is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join their team. The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for working in concert with the CFO, Accounting Department and operating executive management team. This position will lead the region's financial quarterly forecast, annual budgeting process, operating plan variance analysis, and various analytical projects. This position will also assist in preparing monthly financials, monthly variance analytics, board presentations, financial presentations, and other projects.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Perform ad-hoc reporting/analysis and quarterly/monthly financial and operating reports.
  • Provide compliance reporting for submitting to financial institutions as required on a monthly or quarterly basis.
  • Support the executive leadership team and department leadership with in-depth analysis as needed.
  • Review month-end financial results with CFO, Controller, and others as required.
  • Oversee the annual budget process with the CFO and VP of Accounting & Financial Reporting.
  • Work with leaders to develop sales forecasts, margin forecasts, and department profitability forecasts by location.
  • Submit monthly financial statements to respective leaders as necessary.
  • Identify areas of opportunity in reporting processes and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop and distribute monthly and daily financial dashboards and reporting metrics.
  • Coordinate annual budget process with department managers and leadership.
  • Develop and implement executive and field-level weekly and monthly dashboards that will include the key performance indicators for each business and drive improved performance.
  • Prepare presentations for Board of Managers, Company Meetings and senior executive leadership.


Qualifications
  • Must have broad financial experience with a deep understanding of all related functional areas.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerBI, Word and Outlook.
  • Strong leadership, managerial, organization and communication skills.
  • 3+ years of finance experience
