As an Associate Brand Manager for our flagship line of vitamins, EZ Melts®, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our most innovative and expansive product line.

You will be directly involved in supporting the launch of new products, creating relevant content, reporting on relevant metrics, and working closely with our design team and all our external partners as we continue to grow the brand.

This year, our goal is to lead in some of the fastest-growing supplement categories while optimizing our operations to support continued investment in our brand’s growth.


Here’s who you are:

  • You're an experienced digital marketer with a track record of success in executing growth marketing tactics (you have 3+ years of experience in a DTC or CPG brand).
  • You have experience across Digital including but not limited to social media, influencers, landing pages, SEO / SEM, lead generation, and retargeting.
  • You enjoy sharing your ideas with the team and working together to make them a reality
  • Taking initiative comes naturally to you
  • You like to be measured by results and not by opinions
  • Writing and communicating with others comes easily to you
  • The idea of a little healthy competition appeals to you
  • Comfortable where you are now, but want to grow professionally

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute Digital Marketing Strategies: Collaborate with the marketing team and external creative and digital agencies to execute comprehensive digital marketing plans.

2. Implement strategies across various digital channels such as email, online advertising, and social media.

3. Content Creation and Management: Generate compelling and relevant content for a targeted audience.

4. Maintain content calendars and ensure timely publication.

5. Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to improve visibility.

6. Ideate new ways to engage customers and build brand loyalty and retention for the brand.

7. Record, analyze, and build data reports to share with leadership and team members during weekly check-ins.

8. Ensure strong brand presence across all online channels.

9. Review the packaging and positioning of products and suggest improvements.

10. Research competition and identify growth opportunities.

11. Design & manage launch campaigns for new products.
