Role Description
Partner Possibilities after Two years This is a part-time and/or full-time on-site role located in Tampa, FL for a Pediatrician at The Kids Doctor. The Pediatrician will be responsible for providing medical care to children from birth up to the age of 20, performing physical exams, diagnosing and treating various illnesses and injuries, and providing advice and guidance to parents and caregivers on proper health practices for children. The Pediatrician will also work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care to patients. There is NO after hours, weekend or hospital rounds and very little after hours call. This position is only out-patient care with a very experienced team and second and third generation families. Will also agree to be Medical Director.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine (MD)
- Completion of a residency program in Pediatrics
- Board certification in Pediatrics
- Active medical license and appropriate certifications
- Experienced in diagnosing and treating Add/ADHD
- Excellent clinical skills and ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients
- Strong communication skills and ability to provide compassionate care to patients and their families
- Commitment to staying current with advances in medical research, technology, and best practices
- Experience working with diverse populations and commitment to providing culturally competent care
- Desire to work in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment
