As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, driving sales, managing inventory, and providing excellent customer service to all customers. Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the store, including managing and leading a team of sales associates and ensuring the store is visually appealing
  • Drive sales and meet or exceed sales goals and KPIs
  • Manage inventory levels, ensuring the store has optimal assortment at all times
  • Provide excellent customer service to all customers, ensuring a pleasant shopping experience and resolving any customer issues or complaints
  • Build relationships with customers, creating a loyal customer base
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase store traffic and sales, including visual merchandising and marketing initiatives
  • Conduct regular meetings with staff to motivate and train employees and ensure everyone is meeting their job responsibilities

Requirements

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in retail management, with experience in apparel and fashion preferred
  • Ability to drive sales and meet or exceed sales goals and KPIs
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to create a great shopping experience for customers
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team of sales associates
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Knowledge of visual merchandising best practices and execution of the VM guidelines at the store
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, building relationships with customers and staff
