Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
- Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and make recommendations to hiring managers.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to recruitment activities.
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners, such as staffing agencies and industry associations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to recruitment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 3-7 years of experience in recruiting, preferably in warehouse, manufacturing, building materials, or equipment rental industries.
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Driven self-starter with the ability to take initiative and work towards goals.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software is a plus
