•2+ years of related production experience
• Bilingual
• Produce experience is a huge plus but not required. Food & beverage experience is highly preferred.
• Experience with GMP, food safety, food quality, and OSHA regulations highly preferred
• USDA, HACCP, SQF, and/or BRC experience highly preferred
• Must be flexible to work weekends and/or night shifts
• Experience with hiring and developing talent
• Extremely flexible and adaptable; adjusts quickly to changing priorities and conditions.
• Copes effectively with complexity and change.
• Maintains stable performance when under heavy pressure or stress.
• Expects personal performance and team performance to be nothing short of the best.
• High level of personal and professional organization
