What you will do

Our paralegals are responsible for assisting attorneys in all stages of litigation matters. This candidate should feel comfortable conducting research, doing data entry, scheduling, maintaining case files, and completing other ad-hoc requests, as needed.

Key Accountabilities

  • Opening, maintaining, and closing files
  • Supervising medical records
  • Assisting with answers and discovery
  • Scheduling depositions, mediations, claims meetings, etc.
  • Maintaining file and data integrity
  • Customer & client service


Who you are

A detailed person comfortable with a fast pace of high-volume work. Precision and patience are things you love to display. You enjoy working with others to create successful outcomes, and you strive to create positive experiences for your clients.


Must-have qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years' as Litigation Legal Assistant or Paralegal
  • Ability to commute to Duluth office

Nice to have, but not required:

  • Previous insurance defense experience
  • Experience with PracticeMaster software
