Accounts Payable Analyst

Accounts Payable AnalystAccounts payable analyst is responsible for IDOC Reconciliation for CTF/ShipMatrix, MAO, GTN, and Ariba Pcard Reconciliation. This role involves analyzing and processing MIRO/JE uploads, handling manual uploads when necessary, and managing and distributing daily payables reports in accordance with SOX requirements.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze and process MIRO/JE uploads.Perform manual uploads when necessary (Engie).Assist with updating IDOC incident files.Contact and follow up with various internal departments on IDOC discrepancies until resolved and perform error handling.Process uploads using SAP and verify accuracy.Manage and distribute daily payables reports in accordance with SOX requirements.Handle email and telephone inquiries.Assist in other payables assignments when requested.Liaise with IT on long-term fixes for recurring errors.Make reasonable decisions within the scope of responsibility.Refer to management when pertaining to company policies and procedures.Prioritize workload to accurately complete tasks in a timely manner.Essential SkillsExperience in accounting and accounts payable.Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Teams.Strong data entry skills.Good communication skills, both email and in-person.Ability to make reasonable decisions within the scope of responsibility.Additional Skills & QualificationsKnowledge of SAP is a plus.Requires minor technical aptitude for interpreting errors.Proficient in Outlook.Work EnvironmentThe position is full-time, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with some flexibility. The role offers a hybrid working model, with in-office days at the Bridgewater location from Tuesday through Thursday and remote work on Mondays and Fridays.Job Type & LocationThis is a contract position based out of Bridgewater, NJ.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr.
