Job Description:

  • This role involves managing project materials under the supervision of Purchasing Management.
  • Responsibilities include overseeing important material orders and potentially leading a team at a mid-management level, with support from Material Management.
  • Monitoring and reporting on supplier performance to ensure they meet all deliverables as per the Purchase Order's terms and conditions.
  • Collaboration with various departments including Material Management, Supplier Quality Surveillance (SQS)/Quality, Engineering, Project Data & Document Management (PDDM), and Construction.
  • Acting as a liaison between suppliers and clients as necessary.
  • Generating documents, organizing files, maintaining tracking data, and preparing reports.
  • Proficient data entry into the Material Management Work Process using approved tools to meet project requirements.
  • Any other duties as assigned.



Basic Job Requirements:

  • A four-year accredited degree or equivalent work experience, with at least three years of relevant experience.
  • Effective communication skills for interacting with various stakeholders.
  • Technical knowledge relevant to the job.
  • Ability to understand and apply relevant statutes and guidelines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently.

Other Job Requirements:

  • Must have a TS/SCI with Polygraph Clearance.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent, though a four-year accredited degree is preferred.
  • Experience in Supply Chain for specific industries like Life Sciences/Pharmaceutical, Semiconductor, Data Centers, Construction, or Facility Maintenance.
  • Experience in the Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Management (EPCM) industry.
  • Proficiency in English communication.
  • Working towards relevant professional certifications or licenses.
  • Previous experience primarily in material management.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in computer skills including word processing, email, spreadsheets, and presentation programs.
  • Strong decision-making skills.
